RollMap ("we", "us", "our") is a visual BJJ game planning platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, belt rank, and any optional profile details you provide (e.g. gym, preferred guards, years training).

Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and session duration.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details — only a tokenised reference provided by Stripe.

Content you create: Game maps, technique notes, and any other content you create within RollMap are stored on our servers to deliver the Service to you.

To provide and improve the Service — including syncing your game maps, delivering AI coaching responses, and personalising your experience.

To communicate with you — including account notifications, billing receipts, product updates, and support responses.

To process payments and manage your subscription.

To analyse aggregate usage trends to improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data.

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect the functionality of the Service.

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the platform, including Stripe (payments), and cloud hosting providers. These services are bound by their own privacy policies and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

We may use an AI service provider to power RollMap AI coaching features. Queries submitted to RollMap AI may be processed by this provider. We do not share identifiable user information with AI providers beyond what is necessary to process your request.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can manage most of this from your account settings.

If you wish to request a full export or deletion of your data, contact us at support@rollmap.app. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are located in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. The 'Last updated' date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
