By accessing or using RollMap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

RollMap is a visual Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu game planning tool that allows users to map positions, techniques, and pathways on an interactive canvas.

The Service includes access to a built-in BJJ technique library, AI coaching features, starter templates, and canvas editing tools.

To access the Service you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information at registration. You may not use another person's account without permission.

RollMap offers monthly, yearly, and lifetime subscription plans. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Subscription fees are billed in advance. Monthly and yearly plans can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Lifetime plans are a one-time payment and provide access to the platform for the lifetime of the product.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect active billing periods already paid.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping or harvesting data, uploading malicious content, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Any content you create within RollMap remains your property. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

All software, design, trademarks, and content provided by RollMap — including the BJJ technique library — are the intellectual property of RollMap and its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RollMap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms.

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Upon closure, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
